The Mid IR Fiber Collimators cover the range from 2.5µm to 6µm. They have a fine 80 pitch adjustable focus so that you can adjust to your operating wavelength and lock it down.
Standard Mid IR Fiber Collimators have an FC or FC/APC receptacle and a stainless steel body. Besides collimating the beam, the adjustable feature allows you to focus or diverge the beam. This feature allows you to generate a small spot at a distance or cover a wider area with the beam for gas analysis.
A ring adapter is available for mounting the collimator to common optical mounts.
