Lepton IV-TE with OEM drivers
|
|
Those with a "D" in the part number are DFB or DBR structures
with a built in grating. Those with an "N" have a grating
to stabilize the wavelenth. These lasers are more stable then
the standard Fabry Perot type and have a narrow linewidth (<10MHz).
Standard beam size is approximately
4mm. Optional beam sizes are 1mm, 2mm and 6mm.
* Does not have a photodetector.
Runs only in constant current mode.
